Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:As a part of IT Team, support design and development of finance applications future state vision across all Finance process areas.What You'll Do: Perform all Scrum Master critical functions such as daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, tracking and reporting critical sprint metrics.Manage resolution of all known sprint blockers.Support resource planning and reporting.Provide project management support for critical cross-functional initiatives and projects including system implementations, operational improvements and finance application rollouts.Partner with Process Stakeholders to design and document process solutions using Netsuite and other business applications.Work closely with PMO and Finance Transformation to define finance systems strategy and design new and enhance existing finance systems.Refine IT process management framework, perform process assessments and implement process improvements.Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and support the delivery of KPI dashboards.Must be willing to work 2PM -11PM IST shiftWhat You'll Need: Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science and/or Accounting).3- 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master.3+ years of experience with NetSuite administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments.Developer-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports and dashboards.Strong data analytics, reporting and database experience (SQL and NetSuite preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities.Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement.Bonus Points:ERP and/or other finance system implementation experienceSOX controls implementation and support experienceExperience working with Service Now for Sprint PlanningExperience within a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably high-growth company#LI-DP1#LI-VJ1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awards with option to participate in ESPP in eligible countriesCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangementsPhysical and mental wellness programs Paid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesAccess to CrowdStrike University, LinkedIn Learning and JhannaOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationBirthday time-off in your local countryWork with people who are passionate in our mission and Great Place to Work certified across Asia PacificWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
