Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with our Japanese customers, their partners, or solution integrators to understand their unique needs and challenges.2. Design and Architecture. Work with customers to understand their requirements and devise comprehensive architectures and plans to deliver the most optimal solution whether that is a green-field deployment, or the customer is moving from the first-generation Horizon Cloud to Horizon Cloud NextGen3. Technical Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Horizon Cloud deployments, VDI technology, Azure, Azure networking, Azure VMs, Azure NSGs, Azure storage, and firewalls to guide customers effectively4. Bilingual Communication: Fluent communication in both Japanese and English is essential to facilitate smooth interactions with our Japanese customers.5. Flexibility: Exhibit flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of our Japanese clients and partners, considering the time zone differences.6. VDI Proficiency: While not mandatory, expertise in VDI deployment and administration will be advantageous, aiding in providing comprehensive support.7. Azure Mastery: Possess a deep understanding of Azure, including Azure networking, subscriptions, and the ability to navigate the Azure ecosystem with ease.8. Network Troubleshooting: Demonstrate proficiency in TCP networking, utilize standard networking tools for packet tracing, and troubleshoot network-related issues effectively.9. Understanding of Deployment Practices: Comprehend how Japanese enterprises and partners roll out new solutions and applications, including image building and deployment strategies.10. Presentation Skills: Deliver excellent presentations to effectively communicate technical concepts, updates, and support plans to customers.11. Meeting Coordination and Project Management: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including taking detailed notes of action items and ensuring timely follow-up. Additionally, design and manage project schedules to ensure effective project execution.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience working with large enterprise customers.3. Proficient in spoken and written Japanese and English.4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving customer requirements.5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and partners.6. Self-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.As a Systems Engineer with Horizon Cloud, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Japanese customers, providing them with top-notch support and expertise.
