This role will also be responsible for supporting general corporate matters and Alteryx’s environmental, social and governance efforts, including through engagement with our investors.Responsibilities:Provide legal review and analysis of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K as well as Proxy Statement filings and ownership reports on Forms 3, 4 and 5Participate in preparation of quarterly earnings release materials and advise on securities law compliance and disclosure matters, including disclosure controls and proceduresAssist in capital markets and related financial transactions as needed, including equity and debt offeringsAdvise and support the company’s compliance with applicable securities laws as well as applicable stock exchange requirementsAdvise and assist on corporate governance matters, including with respect to executive compensation, ESG efforts and reporting, and external interactions with proxy advisory firms and investorsAssist with Board and committee meeting preparation, including drafting and reviewing Board resolutions and corporate policiesMonitor and advise on new SEC rulemakingsCoordinate with and oversee outside counselParticipate in cross-departmental initiatives to design and implement organization-wide objectivesParticipate in projects to implement Legal Department operational efficienciesProvide support on other transactional matters and special projectsRequirements:J.D. with excellent academic credentials and top tier law firm experienceLicensed to practice law in at least one U.S. stateMinimum of five years’ experience as a corporate and securities attorneyExcellent oral and written communication skills with significant attention to detailDemonstrated ability to be organized, work efficiently, prioritize workflow, meet deadlines, and manage cross-functional projectsSound and practical business judgment with an awareness of when issues need to be escalatedProven track record of learning quickly, taking initiative, working proactively, being resourceful and taking on additional responsibilityPay TransparencyAlteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The salary range for this role in Colorado, Southern California and Rhode Island is $136,600 - 232,200.The salary range for this role in New York City and Northern California is $149,000 - $253,300. In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus and stock grants.
