Responsibilities include: preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements, managing executive calendars and schedules, coordinating both internal and external meetings, and other administrative functions as required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to hold information in strict confidence, work well in a fast-paced environment, and ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Role is based in our New York office with flexibility to work hybrid/remote.Responsibilities:Provides executive level administrative support for the SVP, APJ Sales and some of the leadership teamManages calendars and schedules through utilization of MS OutlookPlans and schedules meetings as needed including conference room/venue booking, travel arrangements, food and beverage ordering, and AV equipment coordinationArranges domestic and international travel with the ability to execute last minute changes, including developing itineraries and agendas, booking transportation, arranging lodging, and coordinating onsite and offsite meeting accommodationsProcesses expense reports and check requests as requiredPrepares presentations, emails, memos, and other written communication piecesManages a variety of special projects, some of which may have organizational impactPrioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressuresAttend internal team meetings, note down and follow up on action items through completionAssist with building out PowerPoint presentations for internal calls and managing slide deckProactively partner with cross functional teams, at all levels in the organization, with openness to lean in and learnPartner with other Executive and Administrative Assistants to create a harmonious support network for our leaders, amplifying their effectiveness.Expeditiously completes these and other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 5 years of experience supporting multiple executivesAbility to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgementStrong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenVery strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, leaders, and external partnersProfessional maturityForward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutionsDemonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilitySmall event planning experience a plusAlteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
