You will run the operational aspects of the sales team and provide guidance to the SVP.You must be someone who continuously looks to improve and optimizes processes and systems that support and accelerate the sales process. You are data driven, analyzing data and providing insights to optimize sales operations and inform sales strategy.You will operate in a fast-paced environment, you are a self-starter, highly organized and have a passion for processes and driving positive change in the organization. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and other functions across the go to market organization and share best practices and learn from your peers in other Theatres.Key responsibilities include: Provide accurate business forecasting at the theatre and regional levels. Track pipeline movements, drive inspection, and track the performance of key performance leversProvide Weekly Theatre executive summary, forecast and team performance readout to the Executive Leadership TeamProvide the SVP with operational guidance and insights on how to optimize their business and drive the operational rhythmSupport the SVP and leadership team on headcount and capacity planning. Liaise with global Strategy and Planning Centre of Excellence to provide represent the APJ Theatre in corporate planning processes.Drive theatre and regional execution of sales programs and initiatives along with Sales Programs teamSupport SVP and leadership team on Quarterly Business Review (QBR) PreparationTrain new sales people and leaders on the forecasting tools and processes and regional specifics of the business, in conjunction with the enablement teamSupport theatre execution of improvement projectsBe the connection between the theatre sales team and the WW Revenue Operations functionProvide guidance and judgement on policy interpretation and disputesProvide first line support on inquiries on topics such as account segmentation, quote approvals, split and compensation questionsRequirementsMinimum 5 years functional experience in sales operations or related role, preferably in the technology spaceBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.Knowledge of Alteryx is a big plusExceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Strong leadership skills and experience working in a matrixed environment#LI-MP1Find yourself checking a lot of these boxes but doubting whether you should apply?
