As a Senior Change Manager, you will partner with the Idea to Cash workstreams (Lead to Quote, Quote & Discount, Order to Cash, etc.) and our business stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance to realize the value of investments in our technology platforms. You will report to the Senior Directors of Portfolio Management and Idea to Cash Value Stream. You will lead the change management activities to support product releases, drive adoption of our technology platforms, and identity enhancement opportunities to deliver customer value. You will help business stakeholders achieve their strategic objectives and accelerate return on investment.  Primary Responsibilities  Own change management strategy and tactics to support the deployment of new technology features to internal stakeholders, external customers, and relevant third parties  Execute all areas of change management, including end user identification, change impact assessment, communications planning & execution, training needs analysis & coordination, pre-deployment readiness activities, and post-deployment support Leverage human-centered design principles to anticipate stakeholder needs and continuously evaluate opportunities to improve the customer experience Ensure business readiness prior to the deployment of proof-of-concepts, pilots, and releases of new capabilities, enhancements, or tech health items Manage the collection, analysis, and business review cycle of customer feedback during the post-deployment support phase Own segmentation of customer feedback, collaborate with team members to prioritize issues, and facilitate the triage process with the appropriate stakeholder groups to address the needs of impacted end users Identify opportunities to generate end user awareness of new processes, tools, and technology enhancements to minimize business disruption  Drive adoption by developing tailored change plans, identifying potential roadblocks, and providing prescriptive recommendations to accelerate value realization  and understand the most relevant features / functionality for specific business users   Assist end users with supplemental communications, training, and support  Collaborate with key team members (e.g., Value Stream Lead & Solution Owners) to manage synergies and/or interdependencies across workstreams to deliver change activities in a holistic manner that minimizes impact to end users   Support the establishment of a change management Center of Excellence across value streams and workstreams to create a standardized, repeatable, and scalable framework to deliver change   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities  Proven expertise in change management and practical experience applying change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) Ability to proactively address adoption roadblocks and partner with the appropriate stakeholder groups to provide guidance on new processes, tools, and/or system changes  Detailed understanding of business operations, including marketing, sales, and finance processes  Ability to effectively liaise between business and technical teams Understands key technologies within Idea to Cash (Marketo, Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Oracle EBS, Oracle RMCS, etc.) Excellent task management skills and demonstrated experience managing multiple deployments with varying degrees of complexity and end user impact Ability to analyze customer feedback, logically prioritize issues, and identify resolutions that address critical pain points  Strong analytical skills; able to analyze data to measure adoption and return on investment  Knowledge of Agile methodologies  Experience participating in Agile ceremonies (e.g., Scrum) and utilizing Agile practices Excellent oral and written communication skills  Strong executive presence with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders Effective problem-solving, negotiation, and issue resolution skills  Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Change Manager, preferably supporting sales, marketing, finance, or other internal support functions 8+ years of experience designing and executing technology centric change management deliverables, including communications, training, business readiness, and adoption activities  Has held a change leadership role within a technology environment  Has held roles related to business operations, business process improvement, technology enablement, business analysis and/or project management  Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is preferred  Practical experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Oracle EBS, Oracle RMCS, and Zuora is preferred  The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
