In this critical role, you will work closely with the VP of Culture and Talent Development and the Talent Management Manager to design, execute, and sustain comprehensive talent development projects aimed at nurturing specific groups of employees' growth and potential, for instance, the manager development program for new F5 leaders. Thank you.Primary Responsibilities: In partnership with the VP of Culture and Talent Development, the Manager of Talent Management, HR colleagues and the business: Provide expertise and support to the Talent Development initiatives to achieve business and people strategies. Provide expertise and drive the talent development programs' design, development, and product ownership in a way that supports our transforming company and culture.Define the talent development project's scope, objectives, and deliverables, create detailed project plans, allocate resources, manage budgets, and oversee.Communicates project outcomes and status updates across multiple stakeholders. Receives feedback on products through existing channels (connection meetings with HRBPs, other HR Teams, Executives, etc.) Oversee talent development initiatives, coordinate efforts, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and manage resources across projects while continually managing risk, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making. Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in talent management, learning and development, organizational development, and/or change management, preferably in a global organization. Experience leading talent programs and processes in partnership with HR Business Partners and other teams within HR, as well as partnering with leaders within the business for advising and support as needed. Ability to build solid relationships, communicate, and influence at a senior level across the business and HR partners. Experience developing HR processes and process mapping through the lens of employees as customer. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Full knowledge of project management methodologies. Works independently; receives minimal guidance; participates in determining objectives of assignment. Strong knowledge of how to successfully implement culture development initiatives with intention and in support of the company's intended strategic outcomes. Knowledge of human-centric approach to design and change management philosophies. Proactively assess' project risk, takes action to mitigate them, and creates contingency plans. Leverages leadership for help in solutions and alerts them of potential/realized issues. Influences key leadership and global HR initiatives and proactively engages others. Excellent communicator (written and oral); demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills, including listening for detail, empathetic listening, and a focus on creating an outstanding employee experience. Willing to focus and commit with a learner mindset and strong work ethic; reliable, self-directed, and inventive. Guides individuals and teams through organizational change, providing support, communication, and resources to minimize resistance and facilitate successful adoption. Familiarity with change management principles and approaches. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Seeks out relevant information to generate innovative ideas and creative solutions to HR challenges, adapting to evolving business needs and industry trends.
