They work closely with portfolio managers to schedule, facilitate and follow up on working sessions, follow up on entry / exit criteria, support the development of communication and status messaging, and lead the development of reports and dashboards.The Portfolio Coordinator has excellent organization and time management skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to help drive progress and follow through. The position requires both business and technical abilities.What You’ll DoIn alignment with portfolio managers, schedule and facilitate meetings and working sessions with TS teams across Product, Development and Architecture.Recap meetings, including capturing action items and next steps; distribute meeting summariesFollow up with action owners on risks, issues, decision to help drive progress.Support portfolio managers in ensuring that operating model entrance and exit criteria are achieved to enable effective opportunity / epic flow.Evaluate opportunity / epic flow to determine where blockers may be impacting progress; proactively follow up with action owners (with both business stakeholders (in alignment with Product leaders) and TS teams) to promote forward progress.Partner with portfolio managers to maintain documentation withing the TS DevOps system.Develop communications / status reports for Portfolio leadership (for team use, as well as support lateral and upward communications.Develop / execute reports and dashboards to share with stakeholders, highlighting key insights from the data.Help maintain the TS Portfolio SharePoint site (e.g., templates, processes, calendar).Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics.The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.  However, the description may not be all-inclusive, and responsibilities and requirements are subject to change.What You’ll BringDemonstrated organization and follow-through skillsExperience in project, program and/or portfolio coordinationStrong familiarity with project management concepts (e.g., RAID management, scope management, schedule management)Ability to develop trusted working relationships to engage, align, and motivate people to deliverDemonstrated experience communicating progress, blockers, issues / risks to technical and business stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to quickly master technical concepts across F5 portfolio of products and servicesKnowledge of, and experience with, the following tools;Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets)  Agile tools (e.g. Azure Dev Ops, Trello, Jira, Rally, etc.)  Program / portfolio management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Align) Reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau)  Collaboration and sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Slack)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field3-5 years of experience in project, program and/or portfolio coordination3-5 year of demonstrated experience working in Agile development environmentExperience conducting fact-based analyses to identify trends, variances, issues, risks, etc. Experience working in a geo-dispersed team environmentCertifications:PMP (Project Management Professional – PMI) (beneficial but not required)SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (beneficial, but not required)F5 Networks, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and strongly supports diversity in the workplace.The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
