This is an entry-level role where you will learn all aspects of Product Management, while supporting on-market products. As a member of this team, you will work cross-functionally with development, sales and marketing, and product support teams to ensure customer success with ILMN clinical NGS products. Responsibilities: Serve as business representative for assigned products during product quality investigationsResponsible for updating product documentation and keeping content currentResponsible for drafting customer communicationsCollaborate with field sales teams to develop quarterly forecastsSupport financial analysis of the businessCollaborate with Segment Marketing teams to develop market knowledge and manage competitive intelligenceCollaborate with Product support teams to manage open issues and product improvementsRequirements: Ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and with external customers. Includes clear and concise written communication skills, as well as ability to present material in small/ medium sized groupsFamiliarity with financial modeling, working with spreadsheetsExcellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities at onceAbility to collaborate with colleagues across functions and geographiesExperience/Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or related field, MBA a plusPrefer 1-2 years of experience in product management or in molecular diagnostics marketing, sales, or a related areaThe estimated base salary range for the Associate Product Manager, RH role based in the United States of America is: $60,500 - $90,700. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
