The Compliance Analyst will provide guidance to support compliance activities as a member of project core teams and on an ad hoc basis. This will include coordinating requirements and completion of tasks, engaging with other groups and cross-functional departments in support of the regulatory and business compliance requirements. In addition, this role will also support process improvements and system evolutions.The Business Compliance Analyst will:Advise and consult on project/quality plans, risk assessments and remediation plansAssist in detecting trending, and analyzing global data to drive programs to improve products and processesMonitor and analyze current systems and processes to evaluate effectivenessProvide updates to regional commercial resources on procedures and updates to compliance-related activitiesCoordinate commercial participation in internal and external Quality audits Participate in investigations of QMS issuesRecommend, develop and manage tools, reports and processes to support compliance Lead meetings with cross-functional, cross-regional teams focused on compliance processes and requirementsActively participate as the Global commercial representative in new and sustaining compliance related projectsCollaborate with Training on incorporating compliance content in training materialCommunicate with cross-functional teams to support process implementation, improvements and adherence to compliance guidelines in support of the business globallyWork directly with Regional Management teams and Global Management to drive new initiatives and review compliance or other processes.Knowledge/SkillsStrong analytical skillsStrong ability to derive data from enterprise systemsStrong Illumina internal network or demonstrated ability to build strong internal networksStrong analytical, project management skills, and presentation skillsEffective verbal and written communication in individual and group settingsDetail oriented, good organizational skills and be able to meet deadlinesVery Strong Microsoft Excel experience Ability to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization and effectively balance commercial, operational and compliance needsAbility to handle multiple tasks, embrace change, and innovate in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle stressful situations and demonstrate strong problem-solving skillsAbility to develop and present information to multi-cultural global teamsAbility to effectively lead, plan and execute on plans for process improvementEducational Background: BS/BA degreePreferred Experiential Background:2 years’ minimum experience in a regulated medical device or life science environment or equivalent Experience with ISO 13485:2016, MDSAP & lean process knowledgeExperience working with ERP (SAP) and CRM systems Tableau, and Sales Force knowledge preferredThe estimated base salary range for the Senior Business Compliance Analyst role based in the United States of America is: $79,300 - $118,900. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
