The OpportunityAs a Strategy and Ops intern, you will help drive the strategy and execution that delivers growth and sales success across Adobe’s products. Your proven ability to break down problems and build structure and process will serve you well as you work with team leadership to deliver regular business reviews, improvements to our operations, and growth strategies around strategic revenue areas. You will work multi-functionally to lead complex, business initiatives that result in improved business processes, better customer experiences, and increased customer acquisition.What You'll DoAnalyze opportunities to drive the Adobe’s business forwardPartner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Care and Product teams to develop and execute plansUse data-driven business models to optimize operations and efficiencyCollaborate with the Analytics teams to understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into impactful recommendations for growthIdentify and prioritize business growth opportunities (e.g. country, route-to-market, vertical, product) and develop programs to deliver against these opportunities (test, implement)Preempt and problem-solve on all operational issues while leading and integrating multi-functional effortsWhat You Need to Succeed Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program graduating between December 2024 – June 2025Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both peers and leadersAttention to detail and strong analytical, problem-solving skillsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $37.00 -- $50.00 hourly.
