We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The OpportunityThe Sales GTM Lead is a newly created organization aiming to drive sustainable and repeatable performance of individual Digital experience solution groups for all segments across UKIWhat you’ll doAs primary focus the Solution sales leader monitor and plan Pipeline (generation and maturity)and provide an accurate representation of forecast at solution level.The solution leader is the owner of the execution of sales GTM for DX solutions across all EMEA federating actions and sharing standard methodologies via strong connection with regional Sales GTM leads and sales leaders.The solution leader partner with Product teams and EMEA Leaders to be the voice of sales:remedy the solution-specific challenges (positioning, pricing, Sales play) met by EMEA field during the year and planning process.As Solution leaders, the role directly impacts key deals, support marketing activities and address partner/influencers to lean towards Adobe’s business.What you need to succeedProven Enterprise Platform Sales track record acquired in Medium-sized to Large-size organizationsSales Management with proven track of running teams by influence in large matrix-type organizationDomain knowledge in the world of data (Analytics, Personalization, Audiences, Profile) in context of both media activation and CRM. Functionally, would know the main use cases, related Business Cases, Buying personaKnowledge on Adobe portfolio related to Data & Insight (AA/CJA, AT) and Profile and Audience (AAM, AEP/RTCDP) is a plusExpertise in architecting sophisticated proposalsBe a passionate enabler & coach of individuals and teamsBe a value-driven role model for business-value centric Enterprise Sales with ability to create customer value for Business and ITBe a results-driven, accountable sales manager with strong EQ and developed situational flexibility (awareness and action)Be an entrepreneurial/strategic thinker creating plans for own area of responsibility (resources, activities, risk assessment)As the sales lead you'll be exposed to all sorts of situation generating friction - your role is to diffuse those situations in the interest of Adobe, our customer and the sales team - fixing the spot issue but also thinking the long term fix when relevant.Seek continuous learning and gives/seeks feedback to improve performanceProven experience across the various industries and marketsIt would be a plus to have existing good connection into the Adobe BU and wider eco-systemAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
