We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile FinOps Cloud Analyst to lead our program management and support the financial analyses for our FinOps program. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our FinOps initiatives by ensuring all Adobe teams receive the information and support they need. This includes creating processes and procedures to distribute and collect key cloud efficiency information / metrics, tracking the progress of key initiatives, preparing executive updates, modeling financial impacts and developing operating strategies.Key Skills and Experience Needed:General: Are a full stack finance athlete with added capabilities across customer insights development, strategy creation, cross-functional leadership and coordination and program executionProgram Management: Ability to simultaneously oversee and lead multiple cloud business initiatives related to our cloud efficiency products and services. Ease in collaborating with product teams, engineering, and marketing to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverablesFinancial Modeling and Analysis: Solid grasp of financial modeling and budgeting (P&L, Opex, Capex), including return on investment analysis. Grit and comfort working with ambiguity – You have demonstrated perseverance toward a lofty goal through serious obstacles and adversity and can synthesize information into numbers with ease. Eagerness to help teams investigate pricing, cost trending and investment decisions.Customer Engagement: Personality to foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, vendors, and customer support. Ability to conduct regular meetings to gather insights and customer feedback to incorporate into program objectives and communication strategy. Initiative to create dashboards and tools to distribute requested information uniformly / automatically.Executive Outreach: An uncanny ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to present thoughtful real-time decisions and opportunities for growth. Capacity to seek executive guidance and support to overcome roadblocks. Competence in Power Point presentation and story telling.Marketing & Training: Competence to promote our FinOps Cloud products and services: craft customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials to demonstrate the impact of our solution with a focus on product teams in India, Romania, the USA, etc. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to cloud efficiency - roll out trainings accordingly.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA is preferred.Proven experience (5+ years) in finance and /or program management preferably in a cloud first technology companyProject/Program management experience (PMP certification not required)Consulting experience preferredHigh proficiency in Power Point, Excel and Jira – Tableau, SQL a plusHistory of working with large data sets and managing multiple concurrent work streamsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $89,900 -- $195,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
