In this role you will manage a team of web analysts based in the US responsible for global web performance, A/B testing, digital event, and web platform performance. You will partner closely with the Adobe.com platform team and the Digital Experience Marketing Operations Team to ensure the technologies we use are aligned and set up against our business goals.What you'll Do Be an expert on Adobe Analytics, using that data to drive insights for Adobe's Digital Experience web properties and digital events.Drive weekly campaign performance narratives and readouts to executives across the global teams.Working closely with the extended team in India, your team will deliver read-outs and dashboards focused on actionable insights.Drive aligned on narratives with the teams responsible for other digital and offline channels.You will support the planning and forecasting process and help predict the contribution of the web channel to business performance.Quarterly, you will delivery a quarterly business review (QBR) recapping insights, testing, actions and results.Prioritize marketing analytics resources by understanding the business needs and insights for driving growth on the web.Design experiments to help ensure continuous improvement in the targets for webWhat you need to succeed Experience with data visualization software and techniques (Power BI, Tableau, D3.js)Extensive experience in marketing analytics, especially in the areas of Adobe Analytics, audience insights, targeting and personalization.Strong analytical skills including trend analysis, opportunity sizing, A/B test read and impact assessmentAbility to navigate a matrixed organization and work with cross-functional teams.Strategic Problem solver: Adopts a comprehensive perspective that considers data, analytics, customer insights, and different parts of the business when making recommendationsCollaboration & Influence: Builds strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners; works collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives; and communicates with energy and positivity to motivate, influence, and inspire commitment and action.Curiosity and passion for learning: Demonstrates curiosity and a growth mindset; fosters an environment that supports learning, innovation, and intelligent risk-taking; and exhibits resilience in the face of setbacks.Navigating ambiguity: Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to deal with ambiguity and having an adaptive approachOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $139,800 -- $280,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
