Scale and efficiency are key here. Millions of documents are being published daily to multiple platforms and channels across the industry using this solution. We have a strong vision and we are looking for a highly motivated, technically driven and hands on leader to realize it for our product.About the Team: AEM Guides is a new age technology CMS. AEM Guides is used by Fortune-50 companies which publish millions of documents daily using this product. It is a unique opportunity to work in a startup like environment within a large organization where all product functions collaborate closely with the business counterparts and also large enterprise customers. Given the enterprise business domain and the startup nature of the team, we are growing fast and scaling the product scope and customer base at a very rapid pace.What you’ll doLead the technical design, vision and implementation strategy for AEM Guides For Adobe Experience ManagerBuild and own critical parts of the product and deliver to productionDevelop and evolve engineering processes to optimize team efficiency and product qualityOverall responsible for the architecture, technical design, vision, and implementation strategy Mentor and guide a high performing teamReview and provide feedback on features, technology, architecture, designs and creative problem solvingCollaborate closely with customers, partners, consultants, product management and cross functional teams to keep the development team aligned with product goalsWhat you need to succeedBachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field.Strong Java and web technologies coding background and willing to code with strong design and architectural skillsPast experience of architecting and building scalable, enterprise server solutions dealing with large dataExperience in working on Cloud, Server-side technologies, Java and related technologies with strong design and architectural skillsProficiency in client-side coding with understanding of constraints.
