The Opportunity The web team is looking for a Sr. SEO Manager for Adobe’s Experience Cloud, which is one of the leading B2B offerings globally. This individual is someone who is entrepreneurial and goal-oriented by nature, passionate about search and can easily wield data to inform strategy. This person is agile, a self-starter, effective communicator, collaborator, strong data analyst and well-versed storyteller.What you'll Do Influence the SEO roadmap based on performance based insights to drive growth for business.adobe.comLead the work on SEO dashboards with a goal to understand performance trends, share updates that enable business partners to see how SEO is driving and contributing towards overall web goals.Continuously identify new SEO growth opportunities by analyzing existing content architecture, keyword constructs, audits and data/traffic analysis.Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry standard processes to find opportunities to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences.Educate product, design and development teams and partners on current industry trends, SEO and content methodologies.Influence, collaborate with and update partners in tech SEO, design, product and publishing teams on critical metrics for tracking and monitoring organic traffic, rank, algorithm updates, etc.Have a clear point of view and be able to present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customersBe well-versed written communicator to drive next steps, wikis, POVs, trainings, and newsletters for the team and leadership.Partner with the SEO team, cross-functional partners, agencies and consultants with equal ease across team initiatives.Keep up with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, competitive landscapeWhat you need to succeed Ideally 8+ years of SEO experience; 5+ across major search engines.Understanding of B2B e-commerce strategy, marketing tactics and sales process.Analytical orientation. Excellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong ability to frame issues, drive analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations.Experience with SEO testing for content effectiveness and making adjustments to achieve business outcomes.Experience developing content strategy and familiarity with information architecture concepts preferred.Attention to detail with strong project management capabilities. Capable of prioritizing multiple ad hoc requests and balancing as needed.Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals.Ability to easily move between high-level strategy to day-to-day implementation.Experience with enterprise websites, terminology, and work environments is highly preferred.Ability to articulate ideas in detailed SEO content documentation. Familiarity with JIRA and Workfront is a plus.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to an always evolving search industry.Familiarity with popular SEO industry tools and resources including Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Lumar, and Ahrefs to glean valuable insights and findings from data.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $101,700 -- $183,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
