We drive global customer delight by focusing on discovery, adoption, and growth of our Digital Media products in international markets.We are seeking a product manager who is passionate about international customers and is deeply analytical and truth seeking by nature. This role will drive the analyses for growth levers in international business to identify and measure the business impact of product initiatives in key geographies.Successful candidate will have a strong intuition for business growth drivers at a global scale, and an acute sense of spotting opportunities in different business landscapes. This being a business role in product management, will need you to have strong international business cognizance.In this highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to influence partners from different functional groups to define product strategy for international use cases, monitor the relevant business levers, and showcase business impact to leadership.What You'll DoDevelop understanding of the global customer needs across product categories and segments, Adobe’s product portfolio positioning, and competitive landscape, and overlay it with data analyses to evolve strategic guidance.Analyze different research sources on the global business scenario, investigate and crystallize the implications of market forces specific to Adobe’s creative business across multiple segments, and present a cohesive picture based on research findings.Partner with cross-functional teams including products, finance, marketing, & GTM to understand their data models, and continuously refine the growth metrics.Lead focused analysis of product and business data on the to uncover new product and business opportunities.Derive insights from data across various sources and functions in the company in the light of global business climate and present to product and/or business leaders.Partner with ISPM teams to provide strategic guidance on business aspects of various initiatives.You will be instrumental in driving strategic guidance for product teams, analytics teams and the GTM team by overlaying the quantitative lens on top of research findings in alignment with organization goals.What You'll Need to SucceedMBA with a bachelor's degree in the field of technology or business, plus 3-5 years of related work experience in a tech companyProven record of deriving concrete and effective insights using both quantitative and qualitative data.Good understanding of growth metrics (product usage metrics, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics, & financial metrics in subscription business).Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI and Adobe Analytics, and querying tools using SQL is a big advantage.Communication, presentation and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse groups across the company, and a passion for building the standard methodologies and products in the industry.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $187,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
