We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The Opportunity As a Senior Program Manager in Adobe’s Finance Transformation Office (FTO), you will partner with senior Finance and Adobe Technology Services (ATS) leaders to drive organization-wide digital transformation. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will be responsible from planning, managing, tracking, and reporting projects and programs to driving and implementing key work streams in FTO. This is an outstanding opportunity to help build a finance transformation office from the ground up. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional program management capabilities, excellent communication and influencing skills, the ability to collaborate with, and influence cross functional teams, a strong bias for action, comfort operating in ambiguity and change, and willingness to dig into the work with a proven “can-do” attitude.What you'll Do Partner with the core FTO team to deliver transformation strategy and drive the execution of plans, programs, processes, and associated activities.Drive key workstreams where needed to ensure program progress and success.Collaborate with the core FTO team and across Finance, ATS and Legal, Security and Policy (LSP) and other pertinent functions to identify activities that impact transformation and develop/streamline processes to facilitate frictionless and flawless transformation.Develop, socialize, and maintain process documentations, playbooks, collaboration sites and newsletters, if applicable.Develop, run and support FTO operating cadence including core team meetings and preparation, taking minutes, tracking and following up on deliverables, and surfacing risks. Be responsible for coordinating and crafting agendas, decks, and status reports.Work across Finance to keep inventory of key technology driven projects, timelines and metrics and proactively identify risks; work with the teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.Identify areas of alignment and duplication across technology driven projects and connect teams to reduce duplication.Keep pulse inside and outside of Adobe on new technologies, trainings, resources, guidelines, processes, and partnership opportunities and share findings with the core FTO team.Be the change agent and champion FTO and the key workstreams across Finance and ATS.What you need to succeed Exceptional organization skills with outstanding attention to detail; understands what, why, when, how and who to drive better solutions.Self-starter with 8+ years of dynamic project/program management; background in business process management, and PMO-best practices. Change management experience is a strong plus.Knowledge of software development lifecycle and product development frameworks a plus.Ability to work among challenging priorities and contending schedules to get your project across the finish line in a way that brings value to collaborators inside and outside Adobe.Outstanding written and spoken communication skills and able to adjust style to the audience they are communicating with.Experience with applications such as Workfront, Power Point, MSFT Project, Excel. Power Apps, AI/ML tool experience a plusOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $104,000 -- $212,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
