As an IT PMO Program Manager, you will plan and execute strategic programs, continuously improve tools and templates and provide key insights to drive successful delivery.Oversees the people who lead internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Manages and prioritizes the project stream, working with internal customers to determine project definition and business requirements. Provides budget analysis, resource allocation and coordination of project activities that may be across functional areas within the organization. Assigns and monitors work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget. Monitors reliability and any internal issues that appear as a result of the project. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.What you'll Do Responsible for planning and executing Adobe’s IT Strategic programsUse a consistent execution approach, partner with Business and Functional partners to get resultsDevelop and strengthen relationships across all areas of Adobe, partnering with the BSSI Lead, sponsoring business units, functional executives, Enterprise Architecture to ensure integrations are planned and executed optimallyDrive everyday execution of projects and programs, including leading team meetings to ensure plans remain relevant and are being executedOversight of Project financial planning and management; establishing budgets, tracking actuals to planDrive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into updated integration processes and tools (playbooks)Assist in building presentations & PMO related documentationProvide insights into the IT Portfolio that will reduce risk and improve predictabilityEnable “outstanding” program execution process for Adobe!What you need to succeed 5 - 7+ years of Project Management experienceBS or MS in Information Systems Management or Related Technical Field.Strong customer/partner engagement focusBasic Agile ExperienceAbility to quickly establish credibility and rapport with key partners and work well in a highly collaborative environmentStrong communication skills, ability to facilitate meetingsEffective change manager, attention to detail (without getting stuck in the weeds), problem solver, hardworking, bold, and willing to be hands onKeep up to date on program management standard methodologies, tools and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking and participation in professional organizationsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $118,500 -- $212,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
