The OpportunityAdobe is seeking a versatile and passionate Software Engineering Intern to help build the next generation of experience cloud products. Working with data scientists, engineers, and product managers, you will participate in the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications for various machine learning and AI products in Adobe Experience Platform. These applications will help businesses understand, handle, and optimize their customers’ experiences.We work in a collaborative environment that has the flexibility of a startup but also benefits from the structure and resources of one of the most successful companies in the world. You are an excellent fit if you have keen eye for details and high standards for code quality as well as a passion for building scalable and sophisticated web applications. All 2024 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.What You'll DoHelp craft and implement new applications and features for ML and AI servicesWork with engineers and Data Scientists to provide a highly scalable and robust model management infrastructure that supports all major machine learning service in the Experience Platform.Chip in to cross-team internal and open-source libraries that will encourage and improve code reusabilityWork closely with product managers to prototype new customer facing products and features.What You Need to SucceedCurrently enrolled full time and pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields within the next year graduating between December 2024 - June 2025Proficiency and experience with at least one or more of the following: JavaScript, C++, Java, Python Familiar with the software development lifecycle - designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining web or mobile appsProven experience with Front End frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)Strong sense for and foundation in software design principlesStrong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilityExcellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple engineers across different locationsKnowledge of machine learning and/or data-mining techniques is a plusAbility to participate in a full-time internship between May-September 2024Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $38.00 -- $51.00 hourly.
