As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in deepening and scaling the growth opportunities for Adobe Design products. You will work on business growth opportunities and define priorities for our core customer segment. As a marketer, you have a customer-centric approach, are data driven, and have a love for crafting customer experiences, including the customer on-boarding experience for our Gen AI (Artificial Intelligence) capabilities and continued product improvements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customers, work well with Product Managers and Engineers, exude ownership of the business and be able to demonstrate the ability to influence. Responsibilities Partner closely with Product, Design, and Program Management throughout release cycles. Serve as the Program Manager to define the onboarding experience in collaboration with Product Marketers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers. Lead asset/copy creation and management for What’s New and HelpX. Provide copy input for in-app features or notification systems. Lead Pre-release and Beta community management. Engage regularly/daily with customers on Slack and prerelease forums, including responding to questions, escalating bugs or customer issues, consolidating and prioritizing feedback. Manage ambassadors and communicate product/marketing updates and requests. Drive and prepare for monthly product demo meetings (identify topic with product/marketing/design, set up virtual meetings, share-out meetings). Partner with research teams to arrange regular user surveys to measure CSAT (customer satisfaction) and ad hoc surveys for specific feature feedback. Report product usage and feature metrics, in collaboration with the Product Management and Engineering teams. Requirements BA/BS degree preferred 5+ years proven experience in Product Marketing or Go-to-market (GTM) experience on a successful offering, preferably at a SaaS company. Ambitious, self-starter with a positive, upbeat demeanor. Problem solver who can identify and set short- and long-term strategic priorities. Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, handling deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations. Creative and nimble. You take the initiative, try innovative approaches and are willing to learn from your mistakes. You have perseverance without an ego. Confident communicator. You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You are able to effectively communicate priorities and sophisticated ideas and influence across partners and organizations. Analytical orientation. Excellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysis, with a consistent reputation and ability to creatively problem-solve with a bias for action.
