You will also be surrounded by colleagues committed to helping each other grow through our outstanding Check-In approach where ongoing feedback flows freely.What You'll DoWork on exciting and relevant projects within the overall group;Drive project delivery process with key contributors;Build efficiency in the communication and development process and guide the team to use project delivery processes to scope work optimally;Efficiently multi-task, working across multiple key internal initiatives;Keep a pulse across all facets, transfer knowledge, and connect the dots with appropriate team members across various functions;Provide data-driven status reports for a broader audience while identifying, highlighting, and providing solutions to the exposure and risk of the program;This is multi-functional work and will interlock with multiple internal partners, spread across projects/products and geographies.What You Need to SucceedCurrently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or higher (Computer Science, Engineering, Program Management, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, or related field is a plus);0-2 Number of years of experience in a Project or Program Management type role;Analytical Thinking - capable of harnessing quantitative and qualitative data;Ability to communicate complicated analysis in a simple way to influence individuals;Great interpersonal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills;Skilled in collecting, prioritizing, and responding to input from multiple sources (field sales, business partners, product marketing, sales operations, etc.);Strong problem-solving skills: ability to come up with innovative solutions to address difficult problems;Effective change manager, attention to detail (without getting stuck in the weeds), problem solver, hardworking, ambitious, and willing to be hands-on;Mastery of Business EnglishAll applications will be reviewed after the closing date, so please approach the process with patience.
