The candidate is passionate about Revenue Recognition, Booking Reporting, Sales Compensation, and Sales Forecasting technical capabilities and the people that use them! This individual will work with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Strategy, and Finance to gather and prioritize critical business requirements in support of the Financial Metrics technology roadmap and vision in collaboration with other Product Managers across Sales platforms and Finance. This person will also partner with System Analysts and Development teams to design, develop, and deliver technology solutions that provide exceptional user experiences.What You’ll Do Partner with the business to understand current and future needs to deliver high-value technical solutions by improving the user experience and day-to-day efficiencyCommunicate and align with internal partners on plans and launchesLead the planning and delivery of run-the-business needs and large technology initiativesCollaborate with other Product Managers to deliver interdependent solutions and initiativesPartner with other teams that own and manage integrated systemsFacilitate process improvement sessions to synthesize findings and feedback into an informed experience designOversee delivery work across multiple scrum teams and CRM systemsMaintain and prioritize the product backlog, manage competing requests from different stakeholders and user groupsSupport sprint planning and other scrum events as the Product OwnerContribute to the Product Roadmap and Own the Delivery PlanPartner with Sales Operations and Technical Services to design and optimize a best-in-class forecasting processWhat You Need to Succeed Interests in sales revenue recognition processes, Sales Operations, and the integration of enterprise systems with CRMsRecurring revenue recognition experience within a subscription software model is highly desirable.Understand data warehousing, SQL, and visualization conceptsAbility to understand revenue recognition metrics (ARR / Net Expansion), calculations concepts, and processes for auditing and maintaining data integrityDesire to work with Global Finance and Operation teamsWillingness to work with Agile methodology and within scrum teamsSelf-starter that thrives in the face of challengesProven track record of operating effectively with general mentorship on new projectsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences, as well as communicate effectively with individual contributors, management, and executive leadershipExperience presenting and advocating programs to internal partners and usersStrong communications skills, with the distinctive ability to empower and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationshipExcellent negotiation, conflict management, and resolution skills – you respectfully facilitate teams to the successful mitigation of issuesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or relevant work experience; expertise in working with CRM solutions in Sales Operations or corresponding function is highly desirableOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $38.00 -- $51.00 hourly.
