The challengeAs a key member of Regional Sales Enablement, lead and drive the management and continuous improvement of training and enablement for Adobe’s Digital Media (DMe) sales teams and partners. This role should be passionate about identifying and building role-based enablement for DMe sellers to increase capabilities and build role-specific skills.This role will work directly with regional Field leadership and stakeholders on identifying and prioritizing enablement initiatives in support of corporate and regional business objectives and priorities. Proven understanding of an B2B sales environment and the ability cultivate relationships will be beneficial in establishing credibility with business partners and sales leadership. Take a collaborative approach when assessing, prioritizing, and implementing regional programs that have a direct impact on sales performance and seller skills. Balance business expectations across global programs, field partners of all levels, and business.You are a seasoned professional who understands creative workflow amongst creative pro and knowledge workers in every commercial market. You have experience working with technology, marketing, information and product executives to understand business strategy and objectives that effectively apply Adobe Document Cloud capabilities relevant to each customer.What You’ll DoBe a strategic advisor and business partner to the Digital Media sales stakeholders and business partners to develop knowledge and skills to meet business objectives.Be aware of and align enablement to the adjustments in Adobe’s Go-To-Market strategy as well as external shifts (industry, competition) that may require enablement to adapt to those changes and challenges.Provide thought leadership when designing and implementing enablement programs in new and innovative ways to improve time to market and increase learner time to efficiency and productivity.Be an advocate of the DMe sales organization. Promote the accomplishments and business impact the team is having with their customers and across Adobe.Craft and build communication strategies that influence and drive adoption of enablement programs.Partner with the Global Enablement and Program Leads for real time feedback on what is needed by the sellers in region for input into global enablement programs.What You Need to SucceedWork experience5 or more years of related experience in the IT industry.Experience in product marketing, and sales enablement in SaaS product is even better.Additional experience leading regional and/or global B2B sales enablement programs.Knowledge & skillsUnderstanding of Adobe Document Cloud and Technology Value proposition.Have demonstrated, in previous roles, the ability to effectively, concisely and clearly communicate complex technology capabilities as a narrative with real-world application.Strong interpersonal skills: Have developed, in previous roles, strong, lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders, partners and customers.Ability to frame and communicate technical issues to a broad constituency including engineers(e.g. API, security requirement)Excellent presentations skills and ability to garner support for new and fresh ideas and initiativesUnderstanding of technical sales skills and processes; specialized sales and product solution knowledge (Value based/Solution Selling preferred)Good communication skills in both Japanese (fluent) and English (high-business level.)Adobe for AllAdobe strives to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals.
