You will be a trusted advisor to the largest and most impactful Product organization within Adobe, supporting our product categories within the Creative Cloud business.  You will be the main Finance Partner to the leaders of the Express Product Group as we continue to foster Creativity For All by delivering outstanding products, features, and services.  In this role, you will not only manage all aspects of our financial investments, but really have a strong sense of our product strategy and roadmap, feature launches, and provide the rigor and oversight into our investment decisions.    What you will do:Be a valued Finance partner to senior leaders by understanding their line of business and help shape business decisions with sound recommendations.  Develop deep understanding of the work they do, support business case modeling and deep dive analysis on strategic initiatives.Influence key investment decisions and have a keen perspective on the value and impact to the business.  Help shape and guide the team in making trade-offs decisions.Manage a team of 1-2 Analysts and own all aspects of forecasting, budgeting, and close responsibilities for your business units.   Deliver and communicate clearly, all monthly and quarterly financial reports with results analyses to finance and business leadership through data and insights. Understand key efficiency & productivity metrics and benchmark vs best-in-class levels Be a leader and Lead projects to drive automation and process improvementBe self driven and motivated with a strong curiosity to continually learn and improveWhat you need to succeed:Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.  MBA Preferred.Minimum 8+ years of FP&A (or related) experience requiredExcellent qualitative and analytical mindset with outstanding communication skills, to articulate key business and the financial implications/business impactPrior experience in Tech/SW/SaaS, supporting Product organizations a plusPositive attitude, collaborative, and comfort in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolvesHigh attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results; team oriented.Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience in Tableau, Anaplan, and SAP are preferred.Prior experience managing and coaching team members, driving and delivering results.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,700 -- $205,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
