We're pushing the future of SaaS development by leveraging and building the latest technology and design thinking.Our talented team of developers are building highly available, low latency, cloud scale foundation components such as Cache, Storage, Database (SQL and NoSQL), Queuing, Pub-Sub etc. to create one standard to develop, deploy, operate and govern Adobe SaaS solutions on multiple clouds catering to millions of requests every day. We love writing software We love solving complex problems by simple and elegant designs We are currently building the platform using modern container orchestration technologies We are taking a long term architecture approach in building this platform so that it supports the current and future needs of all Adobe services (100’s of them) We use best-in class supporting tools like GitHub, Slack and whatever else makes us productive We incrementally adapt our processes to fit our needs We trust each other to do their job exceptionally well.We are looking for strong and passionate engineers to join our team as we scale the business by building the next gen products and adding new value to our existing offerings!What you will need to succeedB.Tech / M.Tech degree in Computer Science or related fields.Min 5+ years of proven experience in software development.Should have excellent computer science fundamentals and a good understanding of design, and performance of algorithms.Proficient in Java programming language.Proficient in writing code that is reliable, maintainable, secure, and performantKnowledge of AWS and/or Azure services.What you'll doThis is an individual contributor position. Expectations will be on the below lines:Responsible for design and architecture of new features and services.Be responsible for all phases of engineering. From early specs, design/architecture, technology choice, development, unit-testing/integration automation, and deployment.Collaborate with architects, product management and other engineering teams to build the technical vision, and road map for the team.Build technical specifications, prototypes and presentations to communicate your ideas.Be proficient in emerging industry technologies and trends and also have the ability to communicate that knowledge to the team and use it to influence product direction.Orchestrate with team to develop a product or parts of a large product.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
