This position is part of our internship program starting 1st of March 2024.You will maintain relationships with new and ongoing clients and serve as their main point of contact within the Adobe Digital Experience team. You will be responsible for welcoming new customers, setting expectations for their experience with the various platforms, handling ongoing account updates and inquiries from your clients, and maintaining a high rate of customer satisfaction within your portfolio. The clients you will work with are sophisticated, mid-tier brands with complex requirements. Over time, it is expected that you will become the trusted advisor to your clients.An excellent Solution Account Manager intern could be described as having superb communication skills, excited about selling new products that can help their customer grow, always looking to address problems for their clients, able to handle stressful situations, constantly looking to expand their knowledge while keeping their clients happy.What you'll doResponsible for a portfolio of Digital Experience customers.Work with clients and partners to ensure that customers are using the solutions efficiently and achieving success to renew in time.Highlight specific solution resources available to your customers.Identify and grow opportunities within territory to ensure growth attainment.Identify and assess renewal risks for customers.Assist with issue and support customer concerns as needed.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Maintain high levels of customer retention. What you need to succeedCurrently enrolled at university, graduating in 2025Fluency in German and EnglishEffective written and verbal communication skillsPresentation skillsGoal-orientedHunger for continued learning What to expect from the recruitment process  All applications will be reviewed after the close date, so please don’t panic if you don’t hear from us straight away!
