In this position, you will be at the forefront of driving and orchestrating complex, multi-organization software development and implementation programs bringing together out best in class creative & experience products. As a crucial bridge between our engineering teams and external partners, your responsibilities will encompass project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and partner coordination. With a keen eye for detail and an adept understanding of software development processes, you will ensure the seamless execution of projects, meeting critical deadlines, and delivering high-quality results. If you are a forward-thinker with a passion for technology and a knack for navigating intricate landscapes, we invite you to join our team!What you'll Do Deliver large-scale growth engineering projects many of which are implementations of Adobe Experience Cloud solutionsDevelop comprehensive project plans, defining goals, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements to ensure project success. .Foster collaboration among diverse teams and partners, ensuring clear communication and shared project vision.Identify and proactively address project risks to maintain progress and minimize disruptions.Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor project progress and performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).Maintain thorough documentation of project plans, status updates, and lessons learned to support future program initiatives.What you need to succeed A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field is preferred.Significant prior experience in cross organization coordination, project / program management while working in a software engineering or technical consulting organization.Experience in defining, implementing, launching, and optimally leading high-visibility initiatives in a constantly evolving environment.Passion for problem solving and ability to think through problems creatively and systematically, to prioritize them, and to identify and evaluate alternative solutions.Ability to influence executives, senior leaders, and decision makers, and to gain alignment without direct authority.Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.High degree of curiosity, flexibility, perseverance, teamwork, and self-motivation.Experience in implementing Adobe Experience Cloud products and services.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $118,500 -- $212,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
