As a Product Manager, Experience Cloud Engagement at Adobe, you will be the program owner for Adobe Experience Cloud Home user engagement. You will join a collaboration of product managers, UX researchers and designers, developers, content creators, and retention marketers dedicated to building the best, friction-free digital experiences for our customers.In this role, you'll build strong, positive relationships with team members across product segments, product & retention marketing, learning, support, and customer success to understand business needs and define the vision of a user experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will partner with business analysts, designers, product managers, and developers to define features, collect user stories and then prioritize design and development plans. The culmination of your development effort will empower you to then drive the delivery of relevant, personalized user experiences that help customers get the most out of their investment in Adobe Experience Cloud.You will thrive in this role if you have best-in-class product management skills combined with experience in any of the following areas: websites, sophisticated enterprise product portfolios, customer communities, customer advocacy programs, digital learning platforms, user-centric product-led-growth initiatives, and user personalization.What You'll Do Be the primary contact with collaborators, starting by understanding business problems and needed outcomes and advocating for product usersDefine and champion a compelling product and program vision that teams can rally behindCapture, document, and prioritize business requirementsDevelop a product roadmap that fuels a prioritized development planPrioritize product features and categorize them for rollout to customersSet targets for success and constantly review analytics for continuous improvement to user engagement and product adoptionPlan future features, releases, and iterations, based on qualitative and quantitative dataCommunicate the good and the bad to the businessWhat You Need to Succeed Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2023 - June 2024Experience with software user's journey and customer lifecycle, SaaS products, web design, cloud application development, and/or development in marketing, eCommerce and/or customer support/success preferredStrong project management skillsExcellent listener and insightful communicatorWork well in healthy tension to challenge the status quo and inside-out thinkingAble to make hard priority decisions and back them up with reason, data, and logicSpeaks design language with designers, development language with developers, and business language with leadershipAbility to influence, especially with senior-level business leadersHighly organized with sophisticated projects and comfortable following a process - sets the example for team norms and desired behaviorsBusiness savvy and knows how to think of digital experiences as a revenue & customer advocacy driverOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $187,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
