The OpportunityThe DMe (Digital Media) & SDE (Strategy, Design & Emerging Products) Business Capability Design & Delivery (BCDD) team provides strategic partnership and engagement that delivers end-to-end capabilities for Adobe’s DMe and SDE processes, platforms & applications. We are looking for a technical leader with exemplary interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at all levels to drive and deliver strategic initiatives. You possess a well-rounded technical background and demonstrated expertise leading complex programs in matrix organizations to deliver solutions that delight the customers.All 2024 Adobe interns will be ‘co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed.What You’ll Do Build a report and partner with key collaborators to understand their objectives and goals, and help translate these into capabilities for the programReach across the aisle to understand dependencies and constraints, determine resource requirements and build the program roadmap, then socialize the plan and secure approvals for the sameOversee the program execution and proactively manage changes and risks, partnering with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, appropriate communication and alignment occurs, and plans are adjusted accordinglyMaintain a big-picture perspective when preparing and presenting program status reports, Executive briefings, and other governance artifacts, along with all program level communicationsWhat You Need to SucceedCurrently enrolled full time and pursuing a Computer Science degree; or equivalent degree required2-5 years of experience as a program manager in software and/or related technology industryAbility to participate in a full time internship between May-SeptemberExperience managing multi-discipline teams consisting of business and technical resourcesExperience using various project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid) and tailoring the approach for program successSelf-motivation and a positive attitude that helps you to adapt to changeResourcefulness and a creative approach to problem-solving to succeed in a collaborative cultureSolid ability to operate effectively and autonomously in time-sensitive situations and handle ambiguityExceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiencesInfluencing and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships and build credibility/trust with team members and Senior LeadershipOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $38.00 -- $51.00 hourly.
