We hold an annual Dodgeball for Charity event at our Q2 Stadium in Austin, inviting other local companies to play, and community organizations we support to raise money and awareness together.Responsibilities, Strategies, and Leadership: · Partner with clients & internal teams to understand business requirements and direct the technical solution.· Communicate with clients, 3rd party vendors, and internal product owners to elicit, document, and guide requirements. · Steer the client and third-party vendors towards solutions that leverage the Q2 platform and Q2 technical best practices when possible. · Support the design of custom solutions where necessary to meet unique client needs. · Effectively communicate with management and project teams across the organization · Assist and mentor teammates to provide leadership, promote technical growth, and evangelize best practices · Communicate internally about client customizations, prioritization, and relationship to standard product · Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls are adhered to.
