We are a new and fast-growing team focused on onboarding and developing long-term relationships with advertisers across a growing number of verticals. We are high-touch with our clients, offering day-to-day support to help them derive the most value from our platform, whilst taking a consultative approach to designing mid and long-term engagement plans that support their most ambitious growth goals.What You’ll DoManage a portfolio of business across key strategic clients, overseeing relationships as a strategic advisor, guiding problem-solving discussions and providing best-in-class client servicesBalance long-term (12 months+) planning with short-term objectives in order to meet and/or exceed revenue goalsStudy your client’s business opportunities, challenges and growth strategies to advise on strategic integrations across data, technology and business processesUse creative and strategic problem-solving skills to find solutions that are mutually beneficial to TTD and our clientsConstantly review and optimise workflow & processes for health of client’s business, which involves project management of cross-functional teamsQuickly develop business acumen across multiple verticals & advertisers with ability to become trusted subject matter expertBuild, maintain, and execute engagement plans, both internally & externallyInform our product roadmap and the global client services vision & strategyWork closely with colleagues to develop and execute an onboarding plan that will make customers successful with our programmatic buying platformDevelop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.Create and evangelise thought-leadershipHelp to create and/or optimise ways of working and client-facing playbooksWho You Are10+ years' relevant experience in media or a related industry, ideally with programmatic experience; consulting experience a plusExtensive experience in professional client strategy/relationship managementProven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accountsExperience in developing, nurturing and managing client strategy, plus executive-level and C-Suite relationshipsAble to grasp and communicate with gravitas on media, marketing and technical subject matter; working with and being able to influence CMOs and CEOs through superior business insightsAbility to build strong, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive teams, and industry groups through superb communication and interpersonal skillsProven track-record in designing and executing 12+ month client engagement and growth plansSuccessful in creating and evangelizing new thought leadership, ways of working or customer-facing solutionsUnderstanding of marketing strategies and how media, programmatic, data, measurement and technology fit into the full pictureExcellent influencing and negotiation skillsExecute in a timely fashion in fast-paced environment through effective time management and prioritisation skillsHighly organised with a strong attention to detailThe Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
