You’ll work closely with the VP of Brand Strategy, the CMO, and other Senior Leaders to implement the overall strategy, planning, and execution for our new technology products and services.In this role, you will develop marketing strategies and execute innovative campaigns in partnership with cross-functional Trade Desk teams including Design, Product, Engineering, PR, and Creative as well as external partners. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment and communicate clearly and persuasively. You should be able to drive focus and excellence within the channels you own and should have the ability to present results to Senior Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in Legal, Marketing, and Product Management.Contributing to leading, identifying, and implementing brand strategies based on consumer insights, competitive threats, and brand opportunities in compliment to product relevance and global brand guidelines.Bring B2B and consumer marketing prowess in service of a high-growth technology company.Help establish processes and measure results to react quickly to opportunities and allow for continuous improvement.Help lead top-of-funnel awareness campaigns alongside the VP of Brand Strategy and identify effective marketing opportunities (influencer, social, OR) to increase customer acquisition.Assist the team in driving integrated marketing plans that deliver clear, measurable impact on the brand and sales objectives (both long and short-term)Creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that achieve business targets, included but not limited to brand awareness, customer adoption and engagement with The Trade Desk technology products and services.Help translate annual marketing plan into an actionable strategy to support both online and offline marketing with a consistent message across all channels.Amplify brand voice to target audience and new adopter of the brand and collaborate with PR+ Comms to drive brand storytelling and influencer engagementTrack performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas.Inform our overall global brand strategy based on program performance.Who you are:7- 12+ years of experience in managing and executing large-scale business and consumer campaigns and long-term brand building through a diverse media mix that delivers measurable brand and business results.Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.Experience in both business to business and mass marketing fields. Understanding of culture, with demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to develop marketing strategies and plans.Demonstrated experience working with media and creative agencies.Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Experience in leading and communication, with demonstrated talent at building collaborative partnerships with product partners and other cross-functional teams.Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact.Preferred Qualifications:International experience and knowledge about diverse cultural, social, and business landscapes.E-commerce or retail experience, preferably in consumer electronics.Experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the implementation of digital and traditional media strategies.Experience working for a developing or emerging brand with multiple products.The position is based in New York.#LI-LR1Our Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.  The base salary range for this role is $121,500 -$222,800In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.  The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.  All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.  Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.  Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
