You will have the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally across many different departments.  Ensuring cross-functional coordination and accountability is essential to ensuring we execute against our defined strategy.The Trade Desk is committed to ensuring the digital advertising ecosystem becomes more privacy conscious while maintaining the quality service and performance that our partners are accustomed to.  This role will focus primarily on identity and privacy related projects that are instrumental in the growth and health of the open internet.What You Will Do:Partner with executive stakeholders to program manage various projects that are critical to the organization’s successWork cross-functionally with nearly all departments across the organization, globallyProgram support will include the following:Lead and facilitate communication, and coordinate daily activitiesLaunch workstreams and interface with stakeholders across the company to move program forward and meet milestonesBuild project plans to ensure accountability and cross-functional alignmentDevelop and lead executive level presentationsRecommend and establish clear KPIs to measure program success; where appropriate, work with Business Intelligence to create actionable reporting and dashboardsConduct data analysis and make recommendations to drive decision makingDocument best practices and memorialize process and learnings for future initiativesConduct post-mortem sessions and reports to evaluate success of program and surface opportunities for improvement This role is largely internal facing. Your clients will be dictated by the initiative/workstream that you are asked to help manage. You will be expected to bring the same standards of service to internal teams as we are known for in supporting our external clients What You Will Bring to the Table:7-9 years of work experience; previous operations or program management experience3+ years of experience working in the ad tech space, direct experience preferred in identity and/or SSO productsStrong analytical and problem solving abilities; proven ability to deconstruct nuanced and complicated business problems, recommend solutions and drive to outcomes with qualitative and quantitative dataExcellent diplomatic and communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated planning and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple workstreams, manage to many deadlines with various stakeholdersComfort with fast-paced, dynamic working environment with shifting prioritiesAbility to present findings and insights concisely, objectively, and accurately to all levels of the organizationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skillsExperience with a CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce)Experience with TableauExperience with Smartsheets, Asana, JIRA, Aha! or other Product/Program Management tools#LI-KS1Our Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.  The base salary range for this role is $110,500 -$202,500In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.  The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.  All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.  Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.  Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
