That’s why we’re a leader in next-generation cybersecurity—and why more than half of the Fortune 100 trust us as a security partner.Your day-to-day Serve as SME for Workday HCM and Recruiting business process design and configuration.Performing routine housekeeping data functions such maintaining supervisory organizations, location and cost center hierarchies as well as position management process.Responsible for HRIS ticket escalations on the Workday Help ticketing platform. Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues to ensure timely resolution.Configure and implement business process upgrades and system enhancements, lead testing and data validations, maintain data integrity, and ensure that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives.Coordinate and facilitate testing of new releases and upgrades.Perform other duties as assigned.What you bring to the teamBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.Solid understanding of HCM and Recruiting module functionality and business process configuration.Minimum of 5 years of Workday HCM configuration experience.Experience with Compensation, Benefits, and/or Recruiting configuration a plus.Sound practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)Familiarity with GDPR and its implications on data security and processing.Identifies key barriers and applies problem solving skills to deal creatively with complex situations.Ability to effectively communicate on complex issues with a high level of effectiveness.Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple work assignments and priorities with urgent deadlines, maintaining excellent customer service skills, while working in a fast-paced team environment.Strong data analysis, research, analytical and testing skills.Why Proofpoint Protecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.
