That’s why we’re a leader in next-generation cybersecurity—and why more than half of the Fortune 100 trust us as a security partner.About the Public Sector Team#LifeAtProofpoint as a Contracts AdministratorManage Public Sector contract database day-to-day.  Job duties would include:Maintain and organize list of contract vehicles we currently have in place within the Americas.Contract renewal deadlinesIdentifying/applying for new contracts Amendments to existing contract languageAmendments to SKUs/price booksManaging relationship with channel partner contract teams and coordination with them on mgmt. of joint contract processManaging flow-down of EULA within new/existing contracts Align with Channel team on processes where channel partners hold contracts and project manage updates or modifications with the appropriate internal teams. Project manage and coordinator for cross-collaboration between Field Sales, Sales Leadership, Legal, Sales Operations, Deals Desk, and Finance.Collaborate with enablement to train and develop the Sales organization’s knowledge of buying processes and contracting vehicle requirements.Evaluate customer requests (RFx) and provide process guidance to sales.Function as the subject matter expert for contract inquiries from the field.Advise during contract renewals and bids.Requirements3+ years of demonstrated Government (State, Local and Federal) contracts administration experienceWorking knowledge and demonstrated ability to interpret Federal, State and Local RegulationUnderstanding of key legal concepts including indemnity, liability, privacy, security, and technology licensing.Demonstrated experience working with cooperative or statewide contracts.Familiarity with managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams in a demanding executive-level work environment.Why Proofpoint Protecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success. We’re a customer-focused and driven-to-win organization with leading-edge products—and many exciting reasons to join our team.
