NVIDIA ACE for Games strives to transform games through AI-powered natural language interactions using NVIDIA NeMo, NVIDIA Riva, NVIDIA Omniverse Audio2Face and other powerful technologies: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/news/nvidia-ace-for-games-generative-ai-npcs/What you'll be doing:Develop and maintain new and existing applications, pipelines, services, and tools.Build proof of concept demos (POCs) for new products using powerful new technologies.Drive the design and implementation of productizing POCs.Find and alleviate bottlenecks in software products using profiling tools and established practices to enable highly scalable solutions optimized to run on a local device or in the cloud.Collaborate with multi-functional teams to craft and implement software solutions.Work with different frameworks and game engines including Unreal Engine, Unity, OpenUSD and NVIDIA Omniverse.Use version control systems like Git, participate in code reviews, and support continuous integration processes and testing.Collaborate on Linux and Windows environments.What we need to see:Strong proficiency in C++ and Python, with a deep understanding of best practices, design patterns, and component architecture.Experience developing modularized applications on a variety of technology stacks.Familiarity with multithreading and asynchronous callbacks for local and remote API calls in both C++ applications and Python modules.Proficiency in live debugging and performance profiling for mixed mode applications.Experience with 2D/3D content pipelines for game development is a must.Knowledge of game engine development using Unreal, Unity, or other popular engines is preferred.Prior exposure to Pixar USD and APIs of Digital Content Creation software is a plus.Ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies, frameworks, and development platforms is helpful.BS in Computer Science or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years related experienceIf you're pumped to join the Lightspeed Studios Engineering team and meet the qualifications listed above, please submit your resume and a cover letter explaining your proven experience and why you'd be a phenomenal fit for NVIDIA Lightspeed.
