We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who will be a key member of the Data Operations team which focuses on driving scale, improving efficiency, and maximizing productivity for the data-driven development of Autonomous Vehicles (AV) software. The ideal candidate has the ability to understand the technical details across a broad range of datasets for deep learning algorithms, and is highly analytical, strategic and creative. This role will work closely with development leaders, engineering and operation teams to define and implement data requirements to accelerate the AV development. There has never been a more exciting time to join us!What You Will Be Doing:Work closely with development leadership and stakeholders to align and evolve data requirements and roadmapLead continuous planning for operations, prioritize the most critical deliverables required for the success of the programResponsible for maintaining a tight feedback loop with data customers, ensure clear understanding/communication of data consumption feedback, refine priorities and reflect in the iterative planningCustomer insight: be customer-centric, have a deep understanding of customer needs, establish framework/metrics to measure the success of dataset regarding whether the expected results to development are achievedFoster innovation in operationsWhat We Need To See:BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience 2+ years of working experience in technical product management, algorithms development or data science Relative domain knowledge of perception and deep learning Consistent track record to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring order to ambiguous situationsExperienced stakeholder management and relationship buildingWays to stand out from the crowd:Background with autonomous vehicles domain Experience in a startup environmentExperience in data labeling product management
