NVIDIA is looking for a Product Sourcing Manager to join our Global Commodity Management Group. This position influences and implements the global commodity sourcing strategies that deliver significant value in the supply chain through sourcing strategies, supply assurance, risk management and gross margin improvements.What you’ll be doing:The Product Sourcing Manager (PSM) is a critical part of NVIDIA product development process and is responsible for communicating and executing commodity sourcing strategy for Data Center products. The PSM must establish strong internal relationships with NVIDIA cross functional teams. Responsibilities include:Work closely with engineering to understand future technology requirements and gain roadmap alignmentEnhance cross-functional alignment with Hardware engineering, GCM/E, NPI group to implement commodity strategy in all new Data Center projectsProvide a single point contact between engineering and GCM.Deliver BOM risk assessment and ensure all parts meet sourcing requirement and align with NV commodity strategyEstimate product MP pricing during NPI stage and work with engineering and GCM to understand performance and cost trade offsParticipate business reviews that improve suppliers value, performance, and account investmentsResolve impediments to production readinessEnable early supplier involvement to bring innovation from the industry to deliver innovation on SOL (Speed of Light) project schedulesWhat we need to see:BS in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
