We are seeking an NPI Program Manager (Operations) who is passionate about working on products that enable deep learning, artificial intelligence, self-driving cars, high-performance computing. In this role, as an individual contributor, you will be responsible for the Operations schedule and related milestones of taking a Data Center product from NPI to production release.We require someone who is strong in program management and can work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. You are someone who enjoys working on groundbreaking technology and enjoy working with people to take on problems. As a program manager supporting Operations NPI, you will need to be able to see both the high-level view and be proficient in tracking and following up on detail. We will expect you to understand technical detail and have the ability to translate that into program impact.What you'll be doing:Accountable for managing and communicating process, material readiness, build schedule exercises and communicating status back to the larger team in headquarter.Drive factory NPI teams to efficiently and effectively on BOM/ECO check and implementation, work closely with factory team to manage build schedule, eliminate unnecessary costs and time waste.Support resolution of excess and obsolete material positions after each NPI build and prior to volume production release and manage product compliance activities.Manage and communicate project issues relating to design, test, and quality.Responsible for managing/tracking project milestones, timeline, and overall deliverables with all build schedules, reconcile delays and communication of information surrounding delays,Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation including schedules, reviews, process documents, risk analysis, data audit and integrity etc.Help with internal process improvements; remove gaps, across multiple teams and assist with evaluation of post project results against metrics; recommend or implement changes to improve delivery practices/processes.Other duties as required as needed.What we need to see:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.5+ years of CM/ODM Server product project management experienceDeep understanding of project management teams, resolving conflict, and meeting schedule timelines.Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skillsMust have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional and organizational lines.Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently.Familiarity with creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation.Strong observational and analytical skills, including ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to track and report metrics, and manage risks.Organized and efficient in time-management, capable of multi-tasking, ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.Proven track record Program or Project Management.Does this excite you?
