We are seeking an experienced technical professional to lead training content development and localization in China. As a key member of the Deep Learning Institute (DLI) team in China, this role plays a vital part in encouraging a strong developer ecosystem through training services while addressing region-specific demands. Your responsibilities will include building from scratch hands-on work as well as cross-team coordination. Through your expertise and experience, you will contribute to the success of DLI and NVIDIA.DLI has trained more than 400,000 developers, data scientists, and researchers worldwide in AI/Deep Learning, Accelerated Computing, Data Science, Graphics and Simulation, and IT Infrastructure. We are looking to grow that number exponentially. You will collaborate with and be supported by a globally distributed team of like-minded professionals, committed to growing our community of developers by helping them learn how to better the world by staying at the forefront of innovative technologies. DLI operates like a startup but with the support of a much larger organization.What you’ll be doing:Explore, validate, and prioritize needs for training in China from a technical perspective.Lead the development of training courses to meet China-specific needs collaboratively with in-house technical teams and industry influencers, including building course proposals, managing the development process, testing, validation, and setting-up on our learning platform.Complete DLI course localization and updates, enlisting support from specific technical specialists as necessary.Provide technical customer support for DLI deliveries and activities when needed.Build unified training solutions including defined learning paths for customers.What we need to see:8+ years of professional experience in software development or sophisticated technology training, ideally in AI, developer tools, HPC, or enterprise software.Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant technology areas.Familiarity with AI and accelerated computing applications using NVIDIA technology.Excellent interpersonal communication skills in Chinese and fluent in English speaking and writing. Someone proactive who works towards results and completes projects.Strong ability to prioritize and address multiple responsibilities.Ability to continually innovate, think strategically, and orchestrate many moving parts in an innovative and dynamic organization.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Demonstrated success in developing high-quality AI project-based training programs/courses for developers.Passion and capability to build creatively and successfully from the ground up.Positive demeanor and ability to adapt to evolving situations.Working experience in an international company.
