This role is a key member of the NVIDIA team that would manage our startup and ISV partners engagement in leading industries such as GenAI/LLM, Manufacturing, AI/ML applications development, Conversational AI, AI on embedded systems, 3D Design & Simulations and others; and to evangelize NVIDIA’s portfolio of technologies and accelerate its adoption among startup developers. Candidate should have some technical background and business competence with comprehensive APS start-up landscape understanding and the ability to be a leader who can function effectively and independently in a matrixed environment to groom and guide developers in above NVIDIA business domains across APS countries (ASEAN + ANZ) and cultures.This is a regional role covering the Asia Pacific South Region and will be based in Singapore.What you’ll be doing:The person will be responsible for developing NVIDIA’s startup ecosystem by supporting the Inception (Startup) Program for ASEAN & ANZ regionIdentify startups as Inception Program candidates and top accelerators/partners in APS countriesRecruit startups and ISVs especially from Deep Tech/AI space to join Inception ProgramInitiate, participate and drive ecosystem events to recruit Inception members via various marketing activities by collaborating with NVIDIA ecosystem partnersSupport startups to develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical and business needsEvangelize both NVIDIA software and hardware technologies to the technical leaders such that they adopt NVIDIA TechnologiesSupport emerging use cases development to help cultivate new industries (e.g. GenAI, Omniverse, IoT/embedded, etc.)work closely with cross functional team, both technical and non-technical within NVIDIA, including Solutions Architects, Product Management, Engineering, HW & SW Architecture, Sales and Marketing teams for mutual successDrive adoption of NVIDIA SDKs, monitors status, finger on the pulseLink mature Inception to IPMs for further nurturingAssist the Inception/ISV with Go To Market (GTM) programs to be successfulWhat we need to see:Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in related fields such as startups, partner/eco-system or VCs management with related technical backgroundBS/MS in Engineering/Technical or Business fieldAbility to engage with ecosystem partners and jointly plan/drive startup recruitment marketing activities Passion for ecosystem development and thrive in dynamic environment with technical members  Excellent communication skill is an essential requirement.
