We are looking for a Corporate International Shipping Specialist to join our team in Santa Clara.What You'll be Doing:Working with internal customers to prepare domestic and international shipments to include the following: auditing shipment request forms, physical inspection of items for accuracy, physical shipment packing (cartons and pallets), generate & process required shipping documents/labels, and booking shipments with our couriers/carriers.Provide guidance and shipment status to customers, coordinate with carriers and destination teams on clearance and deliveries.Work with Global Trade Compliance Department to ensure all international shipping processes and documentation are accurate, and compliant for specific country requirements, as well as all Import/Export regulations.Generate additional documentation and modifications per requirements (MS word and PDF). AES Filing per Export regulations. Prepare dangerous goods and battery declaration documents.Coordinate trade shows shipments and work cross functionally with event project/shipping preparation.Coordinate with customers and campus support teams on campus logistics.Arrange and monitor daily shipping activities. Maintain and organize shipping area. Shipping material ordering.What We Need to See:Bachelor's degree with Logistics or International Business major or equivalent experience.8+ years of shipping and transportation/logistics experience, knowledge of international transportation and country regulations.Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with dynamic requirements. Ability to multitask, identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, work overtime as needed.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, follow procedures & instruction closely.Proficient in MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Acrobat, carrier systems (FedEx, DHL, UPS), SAP a plus.Dangerous goods and Battery Training Certified preferred.Phenomenal Customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, mentorship and training to internal customers as well as working closely with all external partners.Great teammate, leader, good attendance and positive influence. Focus on career development and self-motivated.Ability to lift 50 LB and familiar/complaint with packing requirements (include palletizing and crating). Ensure secure packing of fragile items.Ways to stand out from the crowd: Ability to use MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Acrobat, SAP, knowledge of INCOTERMS & AES filing.Experience working in Semiconductor Industry.Demonstrate excellent communication and people skills.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
