As part of the US Payroll team, this position reports to the US Payroll Manager and will work closely with Human Resources, Stock Administration, and other cross functioning teams.What you’ll be doing:Process US bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll accurately and timelyCustomer service focused with detail on employee support and personal data confidentialityProvide support and coverage for other team membersProcess prior quarter wage and tax adjustmentsHandle and implement all company payroll policies and procedures to ensure requirements are followed consistently every payrollAssist in year end processing to ensure accuracy of W-2'sMaintain payroll files and recordsWork on special payroll projects as neededRun adhoc reports upon requestWhat we need to see:BS degree or equivalent payroll experience7+ years work experience including multi state payrollExtensive payroll compliance and employment tax backgroundSolid attention to detailRSU / Stock payroll processing experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience with payrolls larger than 12,000 employeesExperience with both US and Canada payrollsCertified Payroll Professional a plusGarnishment administration knowledgeUKG payroll experienceNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
