In this role you will be a key member of a team that is relied upon to drive execution using the latest planning and development tools, methodologies, and to maintain product development requirements and roadmaps. Join NVIDIA Software Release Planning team as a Technical Program Manager, directly interact with senior management and technical leaders, work in a dynamic environment with global teams to ensure SW development plans are in harmony with strategic goals, realize quality objectives and schedule commitments.What you'll be doing:Lead NVIDIA’s efforts to use, document and audit OSS use across the companyDevelop Key Performance Indicators, and metrics to measure release health and predictabilityCoordinate with cross-org partners to ensure compliance to company policiesDrive process change and improvement throughout the organizationInvestigate, demo, and recommend tooling changes to support process changes and improvementsDevelop and lead key program achievements and schedulesEvaluate risks and create risk management solutions as appropriateAdequately represent the criticality of issues and raise issues appropriatelyRegularly communicate the program status and key issues to managementBuild common strategies and efficiencies and persuade multiple business units of the advantagesWhat we need to see:Familiarity with copyrights and software licensing for commercial productsPrevious experience project leading diverse engineering teamsPrevious experience in running software products6+ years Software Project Management experience driving engineeringExperience leading global projectsExperience as a software engineerBS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experienceWays to stand out from the crowd:Previous experience auditing OSS usageExperience using code analysis tools like BlackDuck and Flexnet Code InsightExpertise in project management toolsAbility to lead a program with multiple partnersNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
