NVIDIA’s Deep Learning Institute (DLI) is looking for a dynamic individual to lead technical education and training in our Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. This includes driving business growth and building partnerships with enterprise customers, corporate & government partners, and other organisations. You’ll own operational support and delivery work for these customers and partners. You will also collaborate with a globally-distributed team committed to growing our community of developers by helping them learn how to better the world through the power of technology and artificial intelligence. DLI operates like a startup, but with the support of a much larger organisation.We have now trained close to 400,000 developers, data scientists and researchers worldwide on the tools and technology of GPU-accelerated computing. We are looking to grow that number exponentially as artificial intelligence, data science and accelerated computing become central to technological innovation. You will help organisations address their most challenging problems through workforce education and training. Our content expertise includes such topics as Generative AI, Robotics, Autonomous Vehicles and Healthcare. We deliver our programs through a mix of self-paced online offerings and workshops delivered by live and remote instructors.What you’ll be doing:Drive enterprise business development by identifying and collaborating with key accounts that can benefit from NV training, and actively engage with enterprise sales teams and account managers to help sell training services and deliver value to customers.Engage with customers on workshop topics and course outlines to identify training needs, recommend learning paths, and develop enterprise training plans. Provide ongoing reviews.Speak thoughtfully with potential buyers and partners to develop sales leads and nurture these through a sales pipeline. Regularly review and report pipeline activity with the developer marketing team in EMEA and with the DLI enterprise sales team.  Find opportunities to grow market share and expand TAM, through among other things: defining new markets, forming strategic partnerships (course providers, course developers), developing certifications and identifying new product offerings.Plan, define and deliver public training opportunities, including public instructor-led workshops and NVIDIA GTCs. Support internal training development with the NVIDIA L&D team.In conjunction with NVIDIA Global Account Managers, align account strategies to engage OEM and other NPN partners in offering DLI training.Represent NVIDIA in digital skills working groups and EU-wide consortia, including identifying training tender and grant opportunities. Support local operations, including coordinating workshop deliveries, and resourcing instructors and teaching assistants.Collaborate with regional marketing on outbound messaging, product launches and content development.What we need to see:7+ years business development/sales/strategic alliance experience for software/hardware products or technical education services.Passion for helping others learn new technologies and ways AI can transform organisations and industries for future good.A desire to develop a business and build a team.Solid understanding of the accelerated computing and AI ecosystem – which technologies are emerging most quickly, key players, competitors, etc.Demonstrated success working with C-level executives, as well as individual contributor engineers and marketing managers.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technical, or related field, MBA or equivalent preferred.Strong analytical, marketing, business and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication and liaison skills, in English, are essential. Role requires working successfully across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, and marketing) and with external partners, customers, and content developers.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Experience with corporate learning functions, educational services offerings and modes of delivery.Background with software development teams and advanced technology training needs.Familiarity with AI and high-performance computing applications using NVIDIA technology.Fluency in other European languages (for example German, French).NVIDIA is widely considered to be a highly desirable employer.
