The Data Analyst for the Global Real Estate Planning and Workplace Design team is responsible for the critical analysis, data management, and problem solving to support various real estate planning initiatives. NVIDIA is a fast growing and dynamic company requiring a highly motivated professional who can play an instrumental role in developing, analyzing, and creating scenarios/dashboards that drive real estate portfolio solutions. This position will work with our internal partners, Finance and HR as well as with other functions within the Real Estate team.This position will report to the Senior Director, Global Real Estate Planning and Workplace Design.What you will be doing:Lead the gathering, assembly, analysis, and creation of graphic and tabular representations of real estate data points to assist with decision making around NVIDIA’s global workplace and portfolio consisting of almost 6M square feet.Leverage complex data sources such as Serraview, Workday, Finance’s headcount forecasts, and badge swipe data to develop options used to drive the rightsizing of NVIDIA’s real estate portfolio. Lead the data integrity of the attendance reporting and work with the CAFM team to ensure accuracy of our real estate capacity, occupancy, and vacancy data for offices. Ensure all reporting is real-time and repeatable creating a broad approach to data management.Work with the Sr Director to lead the Santa Clara Master plan to build multi-year planning options.Collect and track critical data sets including peak and average attendance by business unit, /executive staff organizations/location, utilization of conference rooms, demographic studies, etc.Single point of contact to provide real estate reporting and provide best-in-class data analytical services to the expanded Real Estate team.Create internal customer and team presentations and reports.Assess current data gathering processes and information channels and provide solutions to make the existing processes more streamlined, automated and scalable.What we need to see:10+ years of relevant experience in real estate, planning and/or finance.Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.Expert Excel and complex modeling skills required.CAFM (Serraview) experience preferred.Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a strategic viewpoint is mandatory.Experienced in creating complex real estate scenario models.Creation of clear and effective visual presentations.Excellent verbal proficiency and communication skills.Self-starter and ability to work independently.Optimistic, resourceful and enthusiastic approach.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
