We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic Senior Analyst for our Energy and Sustainability Team based out of our Israel office. As an integral member of the team, this Senior Analyst will help drive the inventory, analytics and planning of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions and reductions for our global footprint. This is a critical position within the Real Estate and Site Services (RESS) organization, requiring knowledge of industry tools and methodologies to address emissions as well as deep analytical skills and ability to execute to Company’s timelines. It is a highly visible role within NVIDIA designed for an energetic individual who thrives on inspiring change and impacting the business in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What you’ll be doing:Identify emissions sources related to NVIDIA’s operations and understand cause and effect of the underlying business or research activitiesEngage business owners to review, document and refine process of data origination, collection and recordingTrack, organize and visualize large and varied datasets (e.g. water, waste, refrigerants) to enable systematic reviews of risks and opportunitiesReview and analyze existing data sources and calculations for precision, completeness and accuracyGenerate inventories and forecasts, and, monitor for significant deviations and reduction opportunitiesDevelop and maintain documentation related to inventory process, from data origination to validationParticipate in external certification audits, reviews and inspectionsCommunicate findings and support implementation of improvement opportunities to existing business processes in a timely mannerWhat we need to see:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance or equivalent experienceMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience in developing inventories and/or generating business operations analyticsExperience in performing measurement and verification of a variety of data types, sources and associated business processesUnderstanding of relational database principles and data structuresProficiency in Excel and database/dashboard tools (e.g. Kibana, Grafana, Schneider, SAP)Ways to stand out from the crowd:Relevant licensure, certification and/or training from AEE, ISO, GHG Inventory and Verifier programsPrior work experience in the fields of sustainability program management related to conservation, efficiency, training and/or renewable energySuperb interpersonal skills: ability to articulate issues, ideas and solutions to a broad audienceExperience working in a cross-collaborative environment in a global settingNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
