If you are an experienced professional with a history of success in certification development and management, let’s talk! What you will be doing:In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of the certification process including the development of standards and testing materials, scheduling exams, allocating resources, collaborating with curriculum designers and instructors, and ensuring the accuracy and validation of certification materials. Additionally, the Certification Manager will implement quality processes to accurately measure certification requirements and optimize the certification process to ensure candidate satisfaction. This role may also involve evaluating, selecting, and monitoring external testing providers to maintain testing quality, and working closely with the Operations team to ensure efficient and quality workflows for candidates. The Certification Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Education Services. What we need to see:Successful history of supervising the certification and credentialing programs, including the development and maintenance of standards, testing materials, and exam schedules.Effectively working with stakeholders, subject-matter experts, curriculum designers and instructors to ensure that certification materials accurately reflect certification requirements and are validated through the certification processes. Effective communication, interpersonal and writing skills are critical to success for this role.Concrete examples of developing and implementing quality processes to ensure that testing and validation accurately measure certification requirements and maintain the integrity of the certification program.Your examples of continuously optimizing certification processes to enhance candidate satisfaction and efficiently address any issues or challenges that arise.Experience in evaluating, selecting, and monitoring external testing providers to ensure the quality of testing services.Your recommendations for providing regular reports to the head of the unit or department on certification program progress, achievements, and adherence to budgets.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and quickly learn new conceptsWe are looking for your strong interpersonal skills; someone who leads by inspiring; enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment; and is effective at building and maintaining strong relationships.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.To effectively manage this breadth of responsibility, you will have 12+ years of experience leading similar programs.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Master's degree in Educational Measurement, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics or equivalent strongly preferred.Experience and understanding of GPU Computing, Data Center Technologies, Advanced Networking, and/or High-Performance Computing is preferred.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
