Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.What you’ll be doing:Collaborating with senior leaders to develop product strategies and development plans to define and drive the Vehicle engineering and development for our Hyperion vehiclesDevelop, supervise and refine product execution plans included staffing, schedules, contingencies. Test all plans against precision.Continually identify and communicate the most critical priorities on the project. Align and lead a multi-functional team to complete those priorities.Champion a culture of excellence, continuous process improvement, including automation and corrective actions.Engage 3rd party development partners and suppliers to achieve the highest levels of product performance and quality. Align all parties with clear requirements and timelines.What we need to see:8+ years of overall experience with 5 years of management experience as a Manager within the automotive industryMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineer or Computer Science or equivalent experienceClear understanding of technical and logistic challenges that must be met to deliver industry leading AV or Autonomous vehicle platformsAbility to empower and lead a multi-functional team to tackle sophisticated System/HW/SW integration challengesExcellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills, organizational capabilities, and collaborative and interpersonal skillsCollaboration experience with suppliers, development partners, and customers from product definition through mass productionDetailed knowledge of Automotive vehicle architectures, ECU development, and system level design, thermal design and validation, electrical characterization, HW/SW validation testing, manufacturing and field diagnostic tests, and industry certifications.Strong understanding of system engineering tools and standard methodologies including safety (ISO26262). Alert to industry trends and opportunities for improved product development.NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
